MARKET DETAILS: SUNDAY MAY 4th and OCTOBER 5th

VENDOR COST:

10x10 (A tent is not required but encouraged; if you choose to bring one, it must be white or personalized) $140

Mobile Unit $150 (please include the size of your vehicle)

Set up begins as early as 5:30AM and tear down begins at 3PM. If you are approved and have a mobile unit, you must be parked by 7am

** If accepted, Please pay your vendor fee within 7 days of being accepted to the Market. Being accepted means we send you the payment link. We will provide you Market details, including the vendor map 3 weeks before Market.. We cannot hold your slot after 7 days.

  • Do you agree to advertise the Market on your business pages?

  • Do you agree that you are not allowed to pack up your space until 3pm, even if you are sold out?

  • Do you agree to take all large garbage and boxes with you?

  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is a rain or shine event. If we are forced to cancel for EXTREME weather, we will offer a credit to the next Market. 

  • Grass and concrete space are available as well as electricity


    THANK YOU for your interest in participating at our Market. We appreciate you! As we are just a small show (roughly 55 vendors) we strictly limit the amount of vendors in any category. Also, this is a vintage/handmade market, so we do not include any direct sales/manufactured merchandise at this event. We unfortunately cannot respond to every application. You will receive the link for registration by January 15th 2025 if you are invited to attend. Applications open until Jan 1st 2025. If you do not pay the registration, your slot will remain open unless it is filled by another vendor.

Christmas at the Ranch Application

CHRISTMAS AT THE RANCH brought to you by Mabel’s Market & The Legacy Ranch

FRIDAY NOV. 14 & SATURDAY NOV. 15

(Fri. early bird tickets 4pm, general admission 5-9pm / Sat. general admission 10-4pm)

This two-day vintage and makers event will be Friday evening and Saturday afternoon inside the beautiful Legacy Ranch located at 2705 S Farrell Rd in Lockport. Established in 2017, the Legacy Ranch is a working equestrian facility offering equine-assisted therapy and riding lessons. Mabel’s Market, home and vintage shop in downtown Lemont opened in 2015 and has been hosting Market on Canal since 2017. So it's basically taken 8 years for us to realize what fun this amazing partnership could be and we couldn't be more ready!

Christmas at the Ranch is looking for

  • Unique and quality handmade, vintage, or well-curated items with a holiday presence. *If your items are not Christmas/winter-themed, do they make great gifts? Will your presentation be festive?

  • Friendly, cooperative, and outgoing vendors. 

  • Attractive display

  • Vendors willing to promote this event on social media, email, word of mouth, etc 

What you can expect

  • Vendors will be set up in one of two heated arenas with electricity and restrooms. This is truly a clean and beautiful space but it IS a working ranch. We are embracing all that comes with that and hope you do too

  • Arena floors are sand that will be raked and smoothed in preparation, but it is sand. You are welcome to bring a floor covering if you choose. Expect shoes/tablecloths etc to get dirty. Wagons will not roll especially well. 

  • Anne’s Arena will house approximately 34 vendors. Dimensions are 8x10. Please note, 8 feet across and 10 deep ($175)

  •  Toms Arena will hold approximately 14 vendors with booth dimensions 10 feet wide and 12 feet deep ($225)

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed to set up and sell your wares. This includes tables, chairs, racks, payment options, etc. 

  • Limited booth electricity is available

  • No open flames will be allowed in the arenas 

  • Arenas will be locked and secure overnight

  • Load-in and set up will occur on Friday, November 14th from 9-3pm. Tear down is directly after the show. 

Additional details on load-in, parking, etc will be communicated closer to the event.
